Customized Interiors That Reflect Your Personality.

Commercial Interiors

Workplaces that earn the commute.

Offices, retail floors, experience centers and workspaces — designed around how teams actually focus, collaborate and grow. We bring the same craft, materiality and operational rigour we apply to private homes, to spaces that have to perform.

Design philosophy

The office is a culture made visible.

A workspace is the most public room your brand will ever inhabit. We design it as carefully as we would design your home — for posture, light, sound, and the small dignities people deserve eight hours a day.

Productivity is not a poster on the wall. It is the chair height, the reverberation, the angle of the afternoon sun — drawn with intent from day one.

What we design

Workspaces, retail and experience floors.

We work with founders, COOs and brand teams across financial services, technology, design, healthcare and retail.

  • 01

    Corporate Offices

Headquarters and floor refits where the brand has to be felt at the front door, not framed on a wall.

  • 02

    Retail Spaces

Flagship stores, experience-led showrooms and gallery-first retail — drawn with the customer journey first.

  • 03

    Experience Centers

Brand spaces, innovation labs and customer hubs designed for storytelling, demo and dwell time.

  • 04

    Workspaces & Studios

Coworking, design studios and high-craft creative floors that balance focus, collaboration and pause.

  • 05

    Showrooms

Product-forward retail with lighting design, sequencing and a calibrated path from entry to purchase.

  • 06

    Cafeterias & Wellness Floors

Sit-down dining, wellness rooms, prayer rooms, mother's rooms — the spaces between work, taken seriously.

Design process

From workplace strategy to opening day.

A commercial project has more stakeholders than a residence — HR, brand, finance, landlord, IT. Our process gives each one a clear seat at the table.

  1. 01

    Discover

We sit with you on site, listen for the unsaid, and translate ambition, constraints and lifestyle into a brief everyone signs.

  2. 02

    Design

Concept, layout and material direction emerge as one drawing — not three. We resolve every junction before the wall goes up.

  3. 03

    Material Selection

Stones quarry-tagged, wood grain-matched, fabrics sampled in your light. Every line item is yours to feel before it is yours to own.

  4. 04

    Execution

Civil, joinery, MEP and finishes move under one project lead with weekly reports — no back-and-forth between vendors.

  5. 05

    Delivery

A final styling pass, snag-list closure, walk-through and a 12-month aftercare envelope from the team that built it.

Turnkey, integrated

Move in on time. The whole floor. One contract.

We handle civil, MEP coordination, joinery, furniture, signage and the day-zero styling pass under a single agreement — built around landlord, contractor and HR timelines from the first meeting.

Under one signature

  • Single contract from design to day-one occupancy
  • Landlord coordination and approvals managed in-house
  • Joinery, workstations and FF&E from our own workshop
  • Phased moves and weekend installs to protect operations
  • Five-year warranty on bespoke joinery and built-ins

Materials & craftsmanship

Detailing built for ten-year wear.

A commercial floor is a public room. Materials, joinery and lighting are specified to look settled at year five and not tired at year ten — the standard we hold our residential clients to, applied at scale.

Workshop-led specification
  • Acoustic engineering

Micro-perforated panels, lime-plastered baffles and calibrated reverberation tuned to each room's purpose.

  • Ergonomic specifications

Chair-height, monitor-height, desk-depth and lighting-temperature drawn by the same hand that drew the room.

  • Brand-driven palettes

Stone, wood, brass and textile selected against your brand guidelines — not pulled from a moodboard.

  • Layered lighting

Daylight harvesting, task lighting and a soft evening transition — every floor has at least three lighting scenes.

  • Cable & service integration

Clean undersides on every desk, AV concealed at design stage, nothing improvised on site or after handover.

  • Public-grade joinery & upholstery

Kiln-dried frames, edge-detail joinery and contract-grade fabrics — built for thousands of sittings.

Why Monora

Six reasons workplace leaders return.

We are chosen by brand and people teams who want a single accountable studio — not five vendors stitched together by a project manager.

  • 01

    One studio + workshop

Design, joinery and install under one project lead. Fewer interfaces, fewer delays, one signature on every drawing.

  • 02

    Acoustic & ergonomic-led

Sound, posture and light treated as primary inputs — not a finishing checklist.

  • 03

    Brand-aligned materials

Material palettes drawn against your brand book, signed off by brand and design together.

  • 04

    HR-friendly delivery

Phased moves, weekend installs and clear comms templates so your operations never pause.

  • 05

    Transparent procurement

Every BOQ line traceable to a workshop or vendor, with margin disclosed and finance-team-ready.

  • 06

    Five-year warranty

Joinery, built-ins and bespoke pieces carry a five-year warranty — twice the industry norm.

Questions, answered

Commercial, frequently asked.

  • What size offices do you design?

We deliver workplaces from 3,000 sq ft floors to 60,000 sq ft headquarters. We hold the same craft standard at any scale — the workshop and project-lead model is built for both.

  • Can you work within an active office?

Yes. Phased refits, weekend installs and after-hours civil work are routine for us. We will publish an operations-impact plan before the first wall comes down.

  • How do you handle landlord approvals?

Our project lead manages the landlord, building manager and contractor approvals end to end — drawings, fire, MEP and shaft access. You stay focused on your business.

  • Are you experienced with HR and brand teams?

Yes. We design with HR, brand, IT and finance in the room from the discovery stage, and run brand-and-build sign-off cycles so nothing is decided in a silo.

  • What is a typical turnkey timeline for a 10,000 sq ft floor?

Design 4–6 weeks. Civil and finishes 8–10 weeks. FF&E and styling 1–2 weeks. End-to-end, plan for 14 to 18 weeks from kickoff to occupancy.

  • Do you provide post-install support?

Yes — joinery and built-ins carry a five-year warranty, and we offer an annual styling and aftercare visit for the first three years.

  • Do you take on retail and experience centers?

Yes. Retail flagships, gallery-style showrooms, brand experience centers and pop-up environments are a core part of our commercial practice.
