Hospitality Interiors

Spaces guests describe before they know why.

Hotels, resorts, restaurants, lounges and premium guest experiences — designed for the quiet luxury that earns return visits, not just opening-night photographs.

Design philosophy

Hospitality is choreography.

A great hospitality interior is a sequence — arrival, threshold, settle, surprise. We design every step of that sequence the way a director plans a scene: with materials that age under heavy use, lighting that knows what hour it is, and details no guest will name but every guest will feel.

Return guests are the only review that matters. We design for them.

What we design

From signature suites to signature kitchens.

We have delivered hospitality interiors for properties from 12 keys to 240 keys, and restaurants from intimate 24-cover rooms to flagship 180-cover destinations.

Design process

Concept to opening, aligned to your launch calendar.

Every hospitality engagement is reverse-planned from soft-launch date. Each stage carries a deliverable and a date — both visible to operator, owner and brand from week one.

  1. 01

    Discover

We sit with you on site, listen for the unsaid, and translate ambition, constraints and lifestyle into a brief everyone signs.

  2. 02

    Design

Concept, layout and material direction emerge as one drawing — not three. We resolve every junction before the wall goes up.

  3. 03

    Material Selection

Stones quarry-tagged, wood grain-matched, fabrics sampled in your light. Every line item is yours to feel before it is yours to own.

  4. 04

    Execution

Civil, joinery, MEP and finishes move under one project lead with weekly reports — no back-and-forth between vendors.

  5. 05

    Delivery

A final styling pass, snag-list closure, walk-through and a 12-month aftercare envelope from the team that built it.

Turnkey, integrated

From handover-ready to guest-ready, under one signature.

We deliver the full interior package — design, joinery, FF&E procurement, art, lighting, signage and the opening-week styling — under a single turnkey contract aligned to your launch calendar.

Under one signature

  • FF&E procurement managed inside the studio, not outsourced
  • Custom joinery — bars, banquettes, host stations — from our workshop
  • Operations-aware planning: service flow, back-of-house, sightlines
  • Art and accessory commissioning aligned to brand and property
  • Opening-week styling and snag-list closure included

Materials & craftsmanship

Detailing for the room. Robustness for the guest count.

Hospitality materials live a harder life than residential ones. We specify with that in mind — every fabric, stone and finish chosen to read as luxury and behave as commercial.

Workshop-led specification
  • Public-grade textiles

High-rub-count upholstery, stain-finish leathers and fade-resistant outdoor fabrics — beautifully detailed.

  • Sealed stones & hardwoods

Floors and bar tops sealed and tested for spills, heat and traffic — without losing the natural movement of the material.

  • Operations-led planning

Service flow, back-of-house adjacency, host stand sightlines and pass-window logistics drawn before the room is laid out.

  • Acoustic comfort

Every dining room tuned to its capacity, every bar calibrated for conversation at table — not just at the next table.

  • Lighting choreography

Scene presets for breakfast, brunch, golden hour and evening service. Lighting designed first, fitted second.

  • Custom joinery & art

Bars, banquettes, host stations and commissioned art produced through our studio and workshop network.

Why Monora

Six reasons operators trust us with a launch date.

Hospitality is unforgiving — soft launches cannot be moved. We are built to deliver against that calendar, and to make the property look settled the day it opens.

  • 01

    Operations-first planning

Service flow, kitchen-to-pass, host-to-table and back-of-house drawn before the room is laid out.

  • 02

    A workshop that scales

Bespoke joinery delivered to launch calendar — bars, banquettes and signature pieces from our own floor.

  • 03

    F&B-fluent designers

Chef-aware kitchens, server-aware dining floors and operator-aware host stations.

  • 04

    In-house FF&E

FF&E managed inside the studio — not handed to an outsider on the eve of pre-opening.

  • 05

    Materials that age well

Public-grade detailing that reads as luxury on day one and behaves as commercial by year three.

  • 06

    Brand-first art & styling

Art and accessory commissioning aligned to the property's voice — not pulled from a stock library.

Operator voices

What operators tell us, the morning after soft-launch.

  • We opened on schedule, with a room that already felt three years old in the best way.

    General Manager

    Boutique hotel · Goa

  • Every chef notices the kitchen. Every guest notices the room. Both designed by the same hand.

    Restaurateur

    Signature dining · Bengaluru

  • They understood that a hotel is a thousand small details, not one big statement.

Questions, answered

Hospitality, frequently asked.

  • Do you handle the full FF&E package?

Yes — FF&E (furniture, fixtures, equipment) is managed inside our studio. Specification, procurement, freight, install and snagging are all under one project lead aligned to your launch calendar.

  • Are you experienced with branded hotels?

Yes. We work with brand standards manuals from international and Indian hotel brands, and translate them into a room that is on-brand without being templated.

  • How do you plan around a fixed opening date?

Every hospitality project is reverse-planned from soft-launch day. Critical-path items — joinery, lighting and bespoke pieces — are scheduled first, with float built in for procurement risk.

  • Do you design the kitchen and back-of-house?

Yes — kitchen planning, pass-window logistics, service flow and back-of-house adjacency are drawn alongside front-of-house. We work with consulting chefs and operators throughout.

  • Can you commission custom art for the property?

Yes. We commission pieces from the studios we already work with on residential and gallery projects — sculpture, photography, ceramics, weaving and lighting.

  • How do you handle operations after launch?

We carry a 12-month aftercare envelope on every property — joinery snagging, finishes touch-up, and an annual styling refresh in the lead-up to peak season.

  • Do you work on hospitality projects across India?

Yes — and select international properties through partner studios. Our workshop and project-lead model is built to move with the project, not the other way around.
